Delivery
We ship to mainland UK. Many items are dispatched directly from our suppliers, so delivery times vary by product — typically 1–5 working days, with larger furniture items sometimes taking a little longer. Estimated timescales are shown on the product page or confirmed after you order, and we will keep you informed of any delay.
Returns
If you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them and return the item for a refund. Some items — including hygiene-sensitive or made-to-order products — may be excluded. Business purchases may be subject to different terms as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
To arrange a return, please contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are made to your original payment method once the return is received and checked.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
