How we choose

Business Supplies Hub is a guide for people who buy for work: executives, PAs, office and facilities managers, landlords and small hospitality teams. Every shortlist starts from whole supplier catalogues, not a handful of favourites.

Products

• We pull every matching listing from UK suppliers we work with, often thousands per guide.
• We drop anything without a clear description, an image, stock, or a price that makes sense for the job.
• We score what's left on completeness of spec, whether a known brand stands behind it, trade and durability signals, and value against the field.
• We keep one product per brand or model family, so each list is a real choice and not eight colours of the same chair.
• We haven't hands-on tested these products, and we say so on every list.

Travel and expenses

• Budgets are anchored to HMRC's published day rates, converted to pounds at ECB reference rates. We show the local-currency figure too, because that's the one HMRC uses.
• Fare ranges are rough planning figures, not live prices, and the calculator lets you overwrite them.
• Hotel and flight shortlists only go live once we can back every pick with current prices.
