Sold Secure describes itself as the UK's premier testing and certification house for security products, and rates key safes at levels including Silver and Gold. Secured by Design is the official police security initiative, owned by UK Policing, and its Police Preferred Specification is a product accreditation. Both run online searches, so check a model's current rating there rather than relying on packaging.
